Project Description: 

The overall objective of the project is to contribute to the successful implementation of Public Administration Reform, in particular the aspects related to civil service recruitment, career development and training. In the context of Public Administration Reform (PAR), contribute to the establishment and development of robust and effective systems of civil service recruitment, performance management, professional training and systematic career development in the Serbian civil service.

Type of services provided:

The project consists of the following components:

  1. Review of current recruitment, staff appraisal and management, professional training and development, and career development processes;
  2. Further development of the Recruitment Process;
  3. Improvement of Career Development;
  4. Training for Human Resources Units staff and line managers.
